How To Use

Soak: Submerge the garment and air mesh pads in water until evenly soaked.
Wring: Gently wring out excess water and shake the garment to activate cooling.
Chill: For maximum power, refrigerate or freeze the air mesh pads.
Insert: Place the pads into the designated chest and back pockets.
